It all begins with a total understanding of the business. Kick off entails a catered UX Audit including a Creative Brief, Market & Audience Research, Persona Development, and Value Proposition Exploration to name a few.
Strategize
This phase is full speed sketching, white boarding, and sticky notes. Identify the goal and envision the user journey to create a low friction and delightful flow to success. Ultimately the wireframes come to life here to start actualizing the end product.
Create
Watch the product come to life! The visual system now gets applied to the experience based off our learnings. Iterations and sprints as necessary to explore and deliver an optimized experience.
Deliver
Thru clear collaboration with dev and other stakeholders, a packaged deliverable directs development into final deployment. Often times, jumping into rounds of QA helps to achieve a flawless build.
Discover
Creative briefs, market and audience research, persona development, value proposition.
Strategize
The sketching, whiteboarding, and sticky note phase to target areas of user engagement and optimization, identify and iterate on areas to reduce friction and build on a delightful experience.
